Prior to embarking onto a career in fitness she trained as professional dancer and spent years working as a professional performer. She has worked in the fitness industry for the past 15 years, is a qualified Personal Trainer and delivers high standard group exercise classes. I am Physiotherapist in Sports and Orthopaedics.Born To Be Fit has been created by studio owner Shanley Booth. I am member of Indian association of Physiotherapy. I have been practicing since last six years.

We Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease. Physiotherapy treatment has gained paramount importance in helping individuals to get healed and relieved from, major and minor, pains and injuries. Not only the treatment helps the patients get relief from their issues, but also prevents them from being susceptible to any other kinds of pains or injuries. The regime includes manual treatment by the physiotherapists, acupuncture, exercises, ultra sound and lots more.

All these technique ensure that, the patients can regain back their normal state of physical health, along with protecting them from any further damage.

She opted for a series of challenging jobs in physical rehabilitation with neurologic injury, pediatrics, geriatrics, and sports medicine. She credits this diversity in finding common threads and practical solutions for a broad range of clients.

In 2010, she earned the distinction of Fellow of Applied Functional Science with the prestigious Gray Institute. She went on to become a five-year member of the faculty - teaching movement and health practitioners from around the world. Robin has a particular interest in Veteran and Family care. In 2018-2019 she was hired as a special consultant for Home Base Veteran and Family Care. Home Base is a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program dedicated to healing the invisible wounds for Veterans of all eras, Service Members, Military Families, and Families of the Fallen through world-class clinical care, wellness, education, and research.Īt Home Base, Robin analyzed the existing program and recommended new ways to better serve more Veterans and Families in their Warrier Health and Fitness program in Boston and South West Florida. Robin is an institutional health consultant, assessing past and current spending on musculoskeletal injuries - the highest cost in healthcare. In partnership with Solve Global, she identifies areas of risk in the workplace and provides measurable solutions for reducing spending and improving outcomes and culture.

She enjoys public speaking to engage audiences in the nuances of movement, mindset, and behavior as an alternative to pills and procedures.Īmanda has been professionally involved in the fitness industry for fourteen years as an Exercise and Cancer Specialist, Collegiate Strength and Conditioning coach, Track coach, Personal Trainer, and mentor. She currently works at Berkshire Medical Center Cancer Center designing and implementing researched-based strength programs for cancer patients who are undergoing or have undergone treatment. If you ask Amanda what she loves about working with this group, she will tell you that helping survivors learn to trust their bodies again is what it's all about.Īs a collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach, Amanda has trained Division I & III National Champions in Swimming, Cross Country, Track & Field, Ivy League Championship teams, and individual all-Americans. This experience has also allowed her to stay competitive as a runner since her collegiate Track and Field days along with helping recreational athletes train for their next triathlon, race or run a personal best. Amanda will be starting running groups and personalized running programs this springsĪmanda's mission and passion in life is to positively impact the lives of people through the development of strength and conditioning, fitness, wellness and an overall healthy lifestyle.
